I developed and technically led the implementation of the application form for the TITAN Junior Enterprise selection process from the Computer Engineering program at UFBA, available on the official ProSel page: ProSel TITAN. TITAN is a junior enterprise formed by university students that develops technological solutions such as websites, applications, and automation systems for real clients, while also promoting practical training for its members. In this project, I worked as Tech Lead, being responsible for: -Defining the technical architecture of the solution. -Implementing the application form used by candidates in the selection process. -Ensuring a simple and intuitive user experience, making it easy for applicants to submit their information. -Coordinating technical decisions and supporting the development team during implementation. The system allows students interested in joining the trainee program to apply online and start the junior enterprise’s selection process, which includes stages such as practical challenges, group dynamics, and interviews. This project aimed to digitize and organize the recruitment process, reducing friction during the application stage and centralizing candidate data, contributing to a more efficient selection process.
